Is there actually a decent iPhone app for buying crypto or is it all compromises?
Every app I've tried so far has had at least one thing that drives me up the wall — either the buying flow is buried under a trading interface I don't need, or the wallet integration is an afterthought, or it just feels unstable in a way that makes me nervous handing over card details. Starting to wonder if a decent all-in-one iOS option actually exists or if I should just accept doing this through a browser forever.

It exists, just took me a while to find it too. Been using the Paybis app on iPhone for a few months now and it's the first one that hasn't given me a reason to uninstall it — https://apps.apple.com/us/app/paybis-wallet-buy-bitcoin/id1584641245 — wallet is built in so everything stays in one place, the purchase flow is genuinely short, and it doesn't try to sell you on features you didn't come for. Card payments work smoothly and I've never had that nervous feeling you're describing. Does exactly what it says without the noise.
