Do you think the closing line before the sign-off actually matters?

I've been giving some thought to the closing lines in my emails lately– you know, the sentence right before the sign-off. Do these actually matter, or are people so used to skimming emails that they barely register it? I usually go with a standard "Let me know if you have any questions," but I wonder if there's a better way to leave a lasting impression or encourage a response. Does anyone have a particular closing line that seems to get better results? Or am I overthinking this entirely?

I absolutely think that closing lines matter. It's your last chance to reinforce your message or prompt a specific action. I frequently look up how to end an email. It can be a nice way to reinforce what the writing piece meant. If you want a reply, try something like "Looking forward to your feedback by Friday." If you're offering assistance, try "Please don't hesitate to reach out if I can be of further help." Those closing lines are much more effective to me, personally.
